Direct to Garment uses the latest technology providing a full color solution to printing small orders (1-12 pieces) with Full Color Printing
DTG is a great way to get full color printing on individual shirts, where Screen printing a small order with a Multiple colors is cost-prohibitive. The process works much like a traditional inkjet computer printer, but Directly on a T-Shirt or other apparel but not as a Transfer.
Since there are no screens or physical setup. Direct to Garment is best used on jobs that need more detail and/or print colors, customers, for orders of a small quantities (12 or less pieces). The fact that the digital printer does not use screens allows for a photographic print, with much more detail than traditional screen printing. As the ink is applied thinner (to achieve such detail), digital printing is best used on 100% Cotton like our Gildan 5000 T-shirt our best seller!
